Leading insurance company chooses Prinova as key partner in their Customer Communications strategy

Toronto, ON (January 31st, 2014) – Prinova Inc., a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, today announced that The Co-operators, a leading Canadian insurer, has selected Prinova and Messagepoint®  for their upcoming Customer Communications Management initiatives.

The Co-operators selected Prinova to redesign several transactional communications, and to assist in getting these designs into production.  Messagepoint®, Prinova’s hybrid-cloud Customer Communications Management platform, is being used by business users within The Co-operators to author and control policy and letter content and rules, letting them quickly create and change documents directly, improving time-to-market for communicating to customers.
