During the event, held June 12-13, Messagepoint users came together to learn about best practices and participate in forward-thinking discussions on how to reinvent their customer communications, and accelerate digital transformation from leading experts including Mitch Joel and Megan Burns.

Inspiring users to reimagine the way they manage and deliver content

The conference was designed to offer best practices, inspiration and support on how businesses can leverage Messagepoint to help make compelling content the center of their customer communications strategy for improved customer experiences.

“Our goal with Content Centricity 18 was to provide a forum for our customers and guests to learn from Messagepoint’s own subject matter experts and respected industry thought leaders—as well as from one another,” said Steve Biancaniello, CEO, Messagepoint. “The event exceeded every goal we had set for engagement and content. We truly appreciate the time our customers and partners from around the globe spent with us discussing their content experiences."

Megan Burns, an expert in Customer Experience (CX) and human behavior, shared how today’s business culture glorifies logic and data, but that the essence of human experience—including CX—is emotion.
