Messagepoint’s Patrick Kehoe Participates in Panel Discussion at America’s Claims Event 2018

Messagepoint is pleased to announce that Patrick Kehoe, EVP of product management, will be participating in a panel discussion at America’s Claims Event 2018, held at the JW Marriott in Austin, Texas June 25–27.

The conference, now in its 22nd year, addresses the challenges and needs of senior-level insurance claims professionals by presenting them with proven best practices and case studies from industry leaders. The focus of America's Claims Event 2018 will be centered around how digital disruption and innovation are changing the claims function, and the insurance industry’s subsequent evolution.

Kehoe will participate in the panel discussion, “Digital Transformation: Build It or Buy It,” from 10:30-11:20 a.m. June 27. Moderator Emily Yoo, senior manager at Deloitte US, will explore the reasons digital transformation is such a high priority for most insurance carriers, as well as why starting the process is so challenging.

Participating panelists:

  • CJ Przybyl, co-founder & president, Snapsheet
  • Patrick Kehoe, EVP product management, Messagepoint
  • Swapnil Pranha, associate partner, McKinsey & Company

The panel of skilled experts will discuss the benefits of investing in the research and development of new tools and programs versus buying in a variety of circumstances. They will also examine the need to hire new talent.

“At Messagepoint, we believe now is the time for claims executives to explore new processes and techniques that will enhance the claims experience of tomorrow,” said Kehoe. “I’m honored to be a part of this panel discussion and look forward to connecting with claims professionals, and providing them with insights that will help them drive growth, bolster efficiency, improve customer experience and head off emerging competition.”
