Charest to drive Prinova’s growth and partnership strategies across the globe
Toronto, ON (September 17th, 2014) – Prinova Inc., a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, has announced that Michael Charest has been appointed to Executive Vice President, Global Sales. Charest will play a pivotal role in the Prinova leadership team and in accelerating Prinova’s growth and partnership strategies across the globe.
Most recently, Charest was Vice President of Sales with GMC Software Technology, a leading CCM vendor. Prior to joining GMC, Charest was Senior Vice President of sales and marketing at NetLaw, a SaaS-based B2B solution for delivering digital estate planning services.
Charest played a significant role in the success of Exstream Software (now HP Exstream), having joined the company in 2000 as a regional sales director and subsequently promoted to group VP to manage the company’s financial services division. Charest also launched and managed Exstream’s insurance division, transforming it into the market leader and the largest revenue-producing unit for the company.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from University of West Florida and an MBA from University of North Florida.
