A few weeks before HP Engage, my leadership team and I met for several days of strategic planning for our upcoming fiscal year. We took Simon Sinek’s approach to refactoring our “Why” messaging.
What was very cool about the process was how we were able to distill our “why” to a very succinct message.
Why? “Because communicating with your customers shouldn’t be so hard”.
This seemingly simple statement resonates with virtually everyone in the customer communications game. At the end of the day, managing and delivering millions of print and digital communications containing billions of messages to customers is not easy. In fact, it’s downright hard! In order to overcome this challenge the market needed a solution specifically designed to address it.
That was our mission at HP Engage 2015 last week in San Diego. Demonstrate that we understand the issues they face every day and that our sole purpose as an organization is to make their jobs easier and as a result add value to their organization and ultimately their customers.
